Now workspace admins can customize the way CustomerIQ extracts highlights from submissions like meeting recordings and emails. 

By default, CustomerIQ's AI extracts highlights like:

  • Pains
  • Preferences
  • Objections
  • Upselling Opportunities
  • Competitor Mentions
  • Benefits Presentation
  • Complaints
  • Praise
  • Feature Requests
  • Questions

These highlights are available to cluster and track in views and projects.

But now you can add or remove highlights to fit your specific business. Highlights are perfect for tracking things that change over time or accumulate over many meetings with prospects or customers.

Examples of more custom highlights might be:

  • Project Updates (for professional service teams)
    Specific deadlines, milestones, or delays mentioned.
  • Client Goals (for agencies)
    Strategic or operational objectives the client hopes to achieve.
  • Scope Expansion Opportunities (for service teams)
    Mentions of additional services the client might need.
  • Risks or Concerns (for financial services)
    Perceived risks about the business
  • Resource Allocation Issues
