What if I decide to cancel?
If you no longer wish to use CustomerIQ, you may cancel at any time. You will receive a prorated credit with CustomerIQ for the remainder of that billing cycle.
What if we use CustomerIQ with a shared inbox?
Not a problem! Quinn works great in shared inboxes. Since these inboxes manage more volume than average, we price these engagements based on volume.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can add or remove seats at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a prorated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill.
