What does the AI Assistant have access to?

The assistant has access to any information in your workspace, but will reference only the information on the page you're browsing. For example, if you're on a contact page, it will answer questions about that contact. If you're in a view, it will answer questions about anything in that view.

What types of questions can the assistant answer?

Virtually anything you can think of. We've found the most popular use cases to be: pre-meeting briefs, customer success handoffs, pipeline reviews, and automating customer case studies.

Do you train models with our data?

No, we never use your data to train new models. The AI Assistant is powered by a pre-trained Large Language Model. The assistant answers your questions by surfacing relevent records (highlights) then using the pre-trained model to answer in conversational language.
