- Navigate to the Customers tab, then go to Accounts.

Once you've selected an account, you can quickly generate a case study using the AI assistant:
- Go to the Docs tab within the selected account.
- Click on Case Study. The AI will use all the captured highlights and context from the account to create a Challenge-Action-Results format case study.
