How to capture feedback in email

Simply highlight the text you'd like to save or analyze, copy, then paste into the Chrome extension. Then, select which folder you'd like to send the submission to and enter the contact email you'd like to associate with the submission record.

How to capture feedback from Google Docs

Follow the same method to analyze notes in Google Docs. Highlight text, copy, then paste into the extension.

How to analyze a Reddit thread

Online communities like Reddit, Slack, Discord, etc. are treasure troves of customer insights. Because CustomerIQ automatically extracts highlights from long text submissions, analyzing a Reddit thread is as easy as:

  1. Scroll down to where you want to analyze (so the page loads all the content)
  2. Highlight all text or simply press Ctrl+A (Cmd+A for Mac users) then copy
  3. Paste the entire text into the submission field and submit

You can go to your submission to see CustomerIQ extracting all the highlights from your submission.

How to analyze an entire web page

In some cases, like when you want to analyze a website's positioning, you can simply copy the entire page and submit it to a folder. Similar to the example above, CustomerIQ will automatically extract and summarize highlights for your analysis.
